Did you read the article in yesterday's The Straits Times about a mother of a 6-year-old who packed her preschooler with courses and tuition during the school holidays? At the end of the article, she was quoted as saying that her girl could at least read secondary level essays now.
I'm wondering what her main objective is. Maybe 10 years on, she'll be interviewed again and the insane mother would proudly declare: "Victoria can now understand NASA reports at 1st glance and decode the Zodiac."
