Tick tock tick tock...Time really flies. Where did it all go? Just last week, I went to the troops' kindergarten to attend their Sports Day. Shamelessly and courageously, I signed up for a parents' race with Becks (would have done for Mong if not for full registration).
It was eye-opening, finally being able to witness all the kiddies gather in a hall singing National Day songs, prancing to the beat of Christian songs (it is a Methodist kindergarten), having their tea time and getting ready for their sports event.
Frankly it wasn't all that enjoyable because it was all of 4 hours in the heat and most of the time, parents had to stand...but it was certainly an experience. Kudos to the principal for daring to go through logistical nightmare to materialise the event!
