I had an upsized bowl of bar chor mee for lunch, topped off with extra fried dumplings (definitely definitely > 511 calories). Now I feel FAT. Damn that article.
Lunch was with CF and Ben Son. His girlfriend, Miss G (yes, G for G-string, that lucky bastard) could not make it at the last minute. I advised that he ought to lose weight if he were to 'get it on' with someone 11 years younger than him. 1st to target would be his ass.
I read/heard from somewhere that to make that ass of ours taut is to cycle or make those taut movements anytime we are standing. Wonder how effective that is...
